Special Virus Removal

Welcome to SVR. (special Virus Removal)
In SVR, users with a very complicated-tough virus will be able to remove them.
Here, we (Virus-Destroyers team) will explain step-by-step how to remove a virus that is somehow difficult to remove or doesn't let you do anything on your computer.

There can be different kinds of tough viruses:
Fake anti-viruses that pretend that your computer is infected;
Random messages in a message box;
Simply a computer running very slowly and acting strangely.

If you have another non-infected computer, it will help a lot. IF you do, it will be a completely different process, which will be indicated at the end of the first process.

The first thing to do when you are infected, is to restart the computer, and press F8 repeatedly when you see your computer starting up. That is, before the log-in screen or anything else. Just press F8 when computer is starting.

This should take you to a black page with lettering. There should be different choices.
Select "SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING".
Start your browser.
Download, install and update it.
Restart your computer, do the same procces, but this time, select "SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT".

After windows files load, you should log in with CMD.exe open. Type in that Command Prompt as follows : taskmgr.exe
Task manager should open. But even if the virus prevents task manager, it is no big deal. Just make sure your computer's CPU is not overheating, which happens a lot when infected.
In fact, if it DID open, go to 'Processes' tab and the "CPU Usage" should be written down the task manager window. It will always be changing, staying around an amount.
If it goes around more than 70-90%, try reducing your usage, by NOT opening numerous files and applications at a time.
Still in CMD.exe, type in "explorer.exe"; Your desktop should appear.
Now when you get in safe mode with command prompt, after opening or trying to open it, run malwarebytes' anti-malware, but NOT by the shortcut on desktop. You need to go to:
Open Computer ( My computer )
Go to local disk c:/users/"your name"/Program files/Malwarebytes' Anti-malware
In that folder, open MBAM or MALWAREBYTES.
Once opened, run a FULL scan with it, and wait.
After the scan finishes, remove the found items.
Then restart your computer, without going in safe mode. Start windows normally.
If there are no pop-ups or lack of speed with your computer, you are done.

Now if you HAVE ANOTHER UNINFECTED COMPUTER, it changes a lot of things.
With your other computer, go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and download the file but do NOT install.
Now, go to my computers, c:/users/yourname/downloads
Then search for MBAM in the "downloads" folder, put it on an empty CD or a flash drive, and get it on the other computer and install it in SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT, then repeat procedure, Quick Scan with malwarebytes, remove found items and restart your system and start windows normally.
